Project Management

Though project management is often seen as the rather dull sibling of the more interesting design work and technical development, we see it as essential part of every project we carry out.

We implement a straightforward project management methodology in our projects to ensure that they are effectively and efficiently executed.

Project manager responsibilities

A project manager is assigned to all projects. He’s responsible for ensuring the timely execution and delivery of projects and for all communications with the client and team. He will also monitor progress against the agreed project schedule and alert any slippages as and when they occur. If any rescheduling is required, the project manager will be responsible for ensuring that acceptable changes to the schedule are agreed and documented.

Statement of Work

We create a Statement of Work for all the projects we carry out. It sets out project objectives, work tasks, deliverables, and responsibility of all involved parties for work tasks and deliverables, timetable, price, and payment milestones. All projects are managed on the basis of these documents.
