Expert review and analytics
IET wanted independent assistance in taking stock of its digital estate and engaged Headscape to carry out an expert review. Our research assessed the effectiveness of the site in relation to best practice and used analytics data to support findings with quantitative evidence.
Competitor sites review
We also carried out a detailed, heuristics-based analysis of the IET’s digital presence against several competitors. Our final deliverable contained over forty practical recommendations for improving IET’s digital presence.
